Saturday 12th

Saturday was a day of relaxation and rejuvenation. My trip to Reno went smoothly and so did the kids time here with the babysitter. The babysitter reminded me of Mary Poppins. She is reserved, serious, and was carrying bags with her. The kids told me later she crocheted some because she was working on something for her mom and dad. She comes from a family of at least 12 kids and she is around 17.  Kids are not something new to her!

When I came home Ross had just gone down for a nap and Gabriel wanted to play his war strategy game so I asked Annalina if she wanted to go outside with me while I shoot baskets and she did. The neighbor girl wanted to come play and her mother wanted to talk. I spent a long time talking with her and toward the end with her mother. Very interesting and sad.  I have journalled that. I don't want to forget that conversation. (Abigail see further journal)

Anyway, I was out there longer than I had thought I would've been. I got pretty burned on my shoulders and neck. Yup, the sun is out!!! Ahhh, so thankful for the sun!! It is nice to have warmth back.
