Our Beautiful Ballerina!!

This is our Beautiful Ballerina and as Grandpa says ". . . beautiful inside and out". Annalina takes ballet lessons at Carmel Academy of Performing Arts and this past Saturday the 12th was the recital showcase. Annalina has been so excited for this to be here. After going to the Nutcracker at Christmas this has been a dream and now it has come true to be a ballerina on a stage. It was a sold out audience of at least 300 people! When Annalina came out on stage she had this beautiful full smile that spoke volumes "This is a dream come true." She loved it!

Thankfully, she was not keen on the makeup, in fact, she wanted her picture taken before the lipstick was put on because "it makes me look goofy." I told her she is to pretty for makeup. I understood why they needed to wear it though because it was a stage production and anyone that has been in a play EVEN BOYS have to wear makeup so the facial expressions are more easily seen.

Annalina is my Esther of the Bible. I will not tell the story of what she did during her time in these classes but God knows her soft heart, her trust in her Daddy and Mommy, and the changes that were made because of her voice and desire to do what is right. I'm so PROUD she is MY LITTLE girl and she is beautiful from the outside in.
