Gabriel and Annalina planted these seeds while their Daddy was deployed. One day after school they went out to plant. I didn't think anything would come up. What a pessimist for a mother it reminds me of the Kraus book that schools have kids read about planting a seed and no one in his family thinking it would grow but in the end he got a big carrot. The kids really enjoyed watching these Sunflowers grow and how perfect that we were able to see them bloomed before we moved!!
