We arrived at Babe's parents home July 18th and we left on the 21st. We would spend the morning with Great Grandma Ames in De Soto. It was so wonderful seeing her! The picture of us at her table is the scene I picture when I am away from her. She is always feeding! It was so great the kids could be with her and see her hilarious, fun, relaxing personality. I love her so much!While we hung out with Great Grandma. Uncle Orin and Aunt Jan stopped in to say hi and so did Aunt Marlene. I was great to see them all again!
The picture of me by the phone booth was taken because that is the phone booth Babe called my Dad on to ask if he could marry me!! It was a LONG conversation but Babe passed the test with flying colors!
The picture of the kids outside a house is the kids with Grandma Lysne outside Babe's childhood home. The picture of the kids looking at something is Grandpa Lysne showing them how to reload bullets. Gabriel was thrilled to have this experience and also happy for all the shell casings Grandpa gave him!
