Sonja and her hilarious expression . . .

Today we went over to my friend S.A.'s  house. Her parents are in town and she wanted them to meat Sonja. While over there she brought her dog Lola out and for awhile Sonja didn't see Lola behind her and when Sonja finially turned around she got this super surprised look on her face and just took off. I wished I had it on video because it was hysterical!! She was so shocked!! Annalina and Ross had a good time being with their friends and enjoying playing in the yard.

Today was supposed to have been a "Connect Four" dinner night but I was to tired to even go to the grocery store to pick up apple juice and ground mint to make grape chicken. Never tried it but we are going to try it tomorrow night for dinner. I look forward to it! I regret to say I resorted to Pizza Hut!!! By the way, I ACCIDENTALLY paid $5.99 for a small bunch of grapes the other day! Yikes!

This morning Ross was pestering Annalina and Annalina just ran down the hall away from him (instead of pushing or shuving). She said she did it because she wanted to make God happy. Application!!! of our Bible story in school yesterday!!!  In fact, as I read the story yesterday she said to me "I can't hear you mommy" (Hmm, the Holy Spirit working maybe?!!!) Thankful for the impact that Bible curriculum has had on Gabriel and Annalina. "Be ye doers of the Word and not hearers only!!" Good job Annalina!!

We went to Walmart mid-morning to get a birthday present Gabriel REALLY wanted and there was only one left and we got it!!! I am excited for his birthday I think he is really going to enjoy it especially with Auntie Flo and Auntie Grace showing up to surprize him and help celebrate his birthday and Kindergarten graduation!! Fun stuff!! Anyway, at Walmart the handicap people in wheelchairs were just loving Ross!! He gave one a high 5 and the guy thanked him! Maybe I should take him to training like a dog to get his therapy certificate!:-)
